Spay and Neuter Assistance - Local Vet.
Are you a Muskogee resident in need of help getting your pet spayed or neutered ? This
is a "reduced" cost program. Your part of the fee would be $ 35.00 for a dog/puppy, $ 25.00 for a cat/kitten.

If you are a senior citizen,active military,veteran or low income
household, let us know that too. Please be prepared to
provide proof of income.
