WOW WEE !!!! In less than 48 hours, all available openings were filled up and then some . There is a "waiting " list for
those who did not get scheduled in with hopes of a second clinic if funding could be found .
We want to give
a special Thank You and a special "Shout Out" to Dr. Synar and all his staff at Animal Medical Center, Going
Home Rescue and Transport, Colorado Animal Express. These are the folks that made it happen and last but not least, our
Coins 4 Critters volunteers that fielded the calls, took in the applications and help work the clinic days, all THREE
of them.
We all hate to see homeless pets on the street. Spaying and neutering is the only way to keep them off the
roads, out of our shelter, and not being euthanized. It is a simple fact with simple math, littters are born
in numbers ranging from 5-13, forever homes are found, one at a time.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if our own city would sponser one of these grand events ? We certainly would be be
doing the right thing, at the right time. for the right reason.Being proactive to reduce the number of homeless pets entering our
shelters and rescues.
Jackie-Our V.P. and a founding member . She's always front and center with her sleeves rolled up ready to tackle any job.
We
want to say Thanks to everyone for helping put this clinic together. One of foster parents, Rose, got up at 4:00am
to take care of her own and her fosters to go and help all day.
